There have been a few 'flowerpot' LEGO® sets already; 76784 Wednesday Black Dahlia, 43252 Moana's Flowerpot and 43237 Isabela's Flowerpot. The next LEGO flowerpot to propagate is LEGO® Disney 43288 Sally's Flowerpot, available from 1 March 2026. Sally's Flowerpot appears to have a few new printed pieces and some blue violet pieces, so let's see what it has to offer element fans.

Background
Sally is a main character in Tim Burton's 1993 stop-motion film The Nightmare Before Christmas. She is a living rag doll created by the over-protective Doctor Finkelstein. I love this film and I've watched in many times, although I don't remember Sally living in a flowerpot. Having said that, neither did Moana, Isabela nor Wednesday; this is a purely LEGO-derived concept.Recolours

Unfortunately a somewhat timely review, publishing right after the passing of Sally's voice actress, Catherine O'Hara... Sally looks fantastic as a mini-doll... the fig was decent but the classic minifig dot eyes just aren't ideal for Sally's wide-eyed expressions.
ReplyDeleteThe printed petals are neat—between these printed versions and the co-injected versions from the upcoming Magnolia Branches, Lego keeps showing off new possibilities for these broad petals!
It's true that Sally suits being a minifigure for her wide eyes and long limbs, it's just a shame that I'm personally not a fan of mini-dolls. I do think they get better decorations often but they just don't work for me as they slide off seats, cannot hold things and overbalance.
