Bricks & Pieces: Jonas’ Highlights - May 2019

Posted by Admin
My newest list of Bricks & Pieces highlights has been online now for two weeks but I never got around to writing something about it. But the list is worth it for sure, so take a look here:
BnP.jonaskramm.com
Many new sets launched recently so we get a long list with a wide variety of bricks that are now available. Worth pointing out are LEGO® Stranger Things 75810 The Upside Down – with a small selection of plates, windows and minifigure parts, and Disney Minifigure Series – with some elements like the black plant and flower.

Also the new coral mould is purchasable for the first time. It comes only in Bright Bluish Green [TLG]/ Dark Turquoise [BL] (Element ID 6262134).

In the case of printed elements you can get printed tiles from 21045 Trafalgar Square such as the 1x1 Tiles with coloured stripes or the classy 1x2 Tile with tape decoration, surprisingly coming from one of the Isla of Nublar sets that Marcos Bessa talked about with us recently. I highly recommend you to scroll through the whole list; last month was really generous.

For this month’s colour features I chose Dark Brown and Medium Nougat [TLG]/ Medium Dark Flesh [BL], as wished for by Twitter followers. I still remember when these two colours were pretty rare and a challenge to build with, because of the limited assortment of parts, but that really changed.
Enjoy the list and thanks again for participating by submitting your highlights.

  1. Thanks for providing these; there have been so many new pieces and colours showing up lately, but it's hard to place an order if you don't know what you're looking for. I've downloaded the spreadsheets, but none of the images are showing up. Any guesses what I'm doing wrong?

    1. The pictures get automatically generated in the sheet by using the element ID. If your program doesn't support that you won't see any images.

  3. I keep looking at your great work every month! :)
The method to find out the new elements added to B&P each month, is something that you can share with us?
