Terms and Conditions of Entry
- This contest is open to anyone 18 years or older (at time of entry) except regular contributors to New Elementary, staff of LMmodels, or their families.
- The creation must be the original work of the entrant.
- The creation must be made for the contest i.e. not published prior to the contest start date.
- The competition opened on Sunday 29 January 2023 and will close at 11.59pm UTC on 20 March 2023 - check our countdown clock for your local time. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
- Entrants may enter as many times as they like. If multiple models built by the same person are chosen by the judges as winning entries, the entrant will win multiple prizes.
- Judging will commence after the competition has closed.
- All entries, including the entrants' names / nicknames provided, will be published on newelementary.com using Airtable. Information on how New Elementary and LMmodels will use the data you provide is described within the questions on the entry form. For New Elementary's website privacy notice, click here.
- Some entries will also be published on New Elementary's and LMmodels's social feeds on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
- Winners will be announced on newelementary.com and New Elementary's social feeds on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
- The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Prize fulfilment will be handled by LMmodels.
- Winners will be contacted by LMmodels on the email address they supplied on the entry form, to arrange delivery of the prizes. If no response is received from a winner within 90 days of contact, their prize may be forfeited.
- Prizes are as follows. No cash alternatives are available.
- There will be one first prize comprising of three buildable products designed by LMmodels using genuine LEGO® elements:
- one copy of "Swietelsky Multi Tasker 1600", one of only 400 sets produced.
Comprises 415 pieces, worth € 149,00. - one copy of "Langeveld Crane Model", one of only 35 sets produced. Comprises 369 pieces, worth € 124,00.
- one copy of "Euromast Micro Model", one of only 75 sets produced (and now out of production). Comprises 47 pieces, worth € 49,00.
- There will be five equal runner-up prizes: one poster of the "Lucky Luke and Daltons" model designed by LMmodels.
