Display options

The tiger's tongue can display one of two love notes:

Of course the set comes with a flower pot and you can pose the paw to be in some stage of knocking it over!

You can also remove the tongue completely if you prefer, leaving him with that goofy grin.

The other display option is to put Sussie the magpie on Derpy's head. I'm not so sure that submerging him is such a great plan, maybe build some LEGO water of your own!

The spare accessories can be stored away in a secret compartment at the rear of Derpy’s head.

The instructions will also be available on the LEGO Builder app where you can zoom, rotate in 3D and easily track progress.

  1. It also looks like that new football plate piece in black is used for the backs of the cat's ears. Curiously though, not for the front of it's ears despite the fact that that piece is now being heavily used as ears in several other sets, most notably in Pokemon sets. See Spigatito for a prime example. In fact, I have so far only spotted that piece in a solid color in bright pink in an upcoming Gabby's Dollhouse set. Perhaps this new black one is the second?

    1. I suspect those are 3x3 heart plates rather than the new "football plate" (very clever name, though maybe not an intuitive one for non-Americans!), since the latter appears to be mostly studless in all the photos we've seen of it, and these ears have a lot of 1x1 tiles that would only be able to attach if the surface were studded.

    2. Hmm, maybe also for the backs of it's eyes too? That would suggest that there are at least x 4 in solid black.

    3. No, actually there is a single stud on one corner of this new plate. You are right that "football" prolly won't be as intuitive for non-americans, Skye. Maybe rugby plate?

    4. In fact, because it is only on one corner, you would be able to slide them across each other. I'll bet that if you stack a bunch of them, then fan them out, it might create a beautiful effect for MOCs....

  2. The round corner slope in the second image is not 76795, it is 5649 brick round corner 4x4 slope no studs.

  3. One new recolor that immediately caught my eye right after you asked if we'd spotted any more is the Dark Orange 3x3x2 cone (6233) for the flowerpot! Also I believe the Light Royal Blue/Bright Light Blue 3x3 macaroni tiles (79393) around the eyes are a new recolor as well

Conversely, I believe the part you've identified as 76795 is actually 5649 (the 4x4 version), so it's technically not a new recolor for Kpop Demon Hunters — it already appears in Dark Azure in set 43296 Stitch & Scrump, which released just this month! Still a very fun part, though!
