"You will note some elements appear twice. This is an error on the side of LEGO."
ReplyDeleteThis is incorrect, they are the same element but different mould. Note the different element ids.
so it's not incorrect because they said it was the same element and so did you.
DeleteElement ID does not relate to the mould, Design ID does. They have the same Design ID, so are the same mould.
DeleteElement ID refers to the specific colour of an element for that mould. In the past, for two elements of the same colour and same mould to have different IDs only happened when an element went out of production and then came back again. To now be having completely new apparently identical elements with 2 different EIDs is a new thing... and incredibly confusing. Maybe it is deliberate and not an "error", but honestly it's just easier to call it one than explaining all of this in the article!!
Hi, I think maybe the appearing twice thing is when it’s listed both as a “bestseller” and also “standard” PAB? So in both their PAB warehouses?
