Support us

For nigh on five years now, New Elementary has been publishing quality articles about new parts and other LEGO® topics.

We offer this completely free of charge, and one of the ways that we keep on going is via generous support from you – our lovely readers. It's true that we get sent products by The LEGO Group (and still thank our lucky stars for this recognition of our work) but more is needed to keep running this site. Advertising raises very little revenue... perhaps because we've chosen not to shove it down your throats at every opportunity!

We have some specific goals coming up, and we'd like to ask for your help.
  • In May, we want to send the reporter (and AFOL of course!) Are J. Heiseldal to the Fan Media Days at LEGO HQ in Billund where he will run interviews with LEGO designers and other employees for you to enjoy. It's three days long and flights/accommodation aren't covered.
  • Throughout the year, we'd like to run more of our parts festivals to highlight inventive ways to use new LEGO parts, and share the results with you to inspire your building. We also want to run more building competitions to give you the chance of winning big LEGO prizes. Both of these involve international postage or couriers.

So we've launched a New Elementary GoFundMe campaign to ask our readers if they'd like to contribute.

If you enjoy what we do, we'd really appreciate it if you'd be able to help us. Think of it as the price of an app, or a book, or a yearly magazine subscription – whatever we're worth to you, we'd be honoured to receive it.

We'd like to also take this opportunity to thank the readers who have supported us in the past by purchasing via our advertising, and via PayPal donations – especially the regular monthly donations! Simply amazing.

We hope you enjoy the site as gawd knows how many hours went into making it informative and fun these last five years! We do it because we love doing it, but your support really makes a difference.
